The Veterinary Pathologist is responsible for the pathological evaluation of animals, administered with test articles, in accordance with GLP.
• Supervise necropsies, evaluate histological slides and prepare pathology reports; • Develop new techniques; revise and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Revise and recommend changes to protocols; • Interact with toxicologists on scientific matters; • Interact with clients and representatives of governmental regulatory agencies; • Participate in seminars, conferences and other activities to keep abreast with scientific developments in Pathology.
D.V.M. and post-graduate diploma in Pathology/Morphology. American College of Veterinary Pathologist certification is a must. (ACVP) Conditions:
