Stationary Engine Mechanic
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the Maintenance, Installation and Repair of all electromechanical equipment of the building including, but not limited to, the Heating and Cooling System, Water treatment and Water Supply;
- Know how to read buildings’ control diagrams and mechanical plans;
- Provide (internal) customer service and perform tasks related to various service calls;
- Assist and Follow-up with external resources to perform the subcontracted work;
- Responsible for general maintenance work inside and outside the building;
- Inspect and apply preventative maintenance measures;
- Execute small mechanical projects;
- Interact occasionally with suppliers and contractors;
- Performs all other related duties as required;
Our requirements and conditions
- College/Professional diploma in Mechanical Maintenance, or equivalent training ;
- Class B professional refrigeration qualification certificate and class 4 professional heating Certificate;
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Stationary Engine Mechanic;
- Driver’s license;
- Knowledge of automation and pneumatic regulation systems;
- Bilingual French and English;
- Ms. Office;
- Autonomous, team player, have good judgment, customer service oriented;
