• Basic electrical, plumbing and other building repairs
• General duties are to carry out the repairs in the property, as well as to be responsible for the general upkeep of the premises.
• Perform other related tasks as requested.
Prerequisites:
• Experience in building maintenance.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulation.
• Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook, and a “can-do” attitude
• One year Experience in Basic repairs to plumbing and electrical fixtures, locks, doors, lavatory and other minor repairs.
• Full time, 37.5h/week, permanent position
